Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Tangerine. We understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange items, and we're here to assist you through the process.

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date for clothing items that are not custom-made.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

  • Items must be free from any damages, stains, odours, or alterations.

2. Return and Exchange Process:

​Our customer service team will arrange a pick-up of the item from the address provided during the initial purchase. A courier will be sent to collect the package at a suitable time for you.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative, ensuring that all original tags are attached.

  • When the item is received at our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our return and exchange eligibility criteria.

3. Refund Process:

  • For returns: Once the returned item is accepted, we will credit the value of the item to your Tangerine account in the form of store credits in 7 working days. These credits can be used for future purchases on our website.
